How It Works.
Membership is by consultation — not just signup. The cap of 60 members exists so every patient receives the individualized attention that defines care at Adisi.
Schedule a Consultation
A complimentary 20-minute call with Dr. Petzel to review your history, current condition, and goals. This ensures membership is the right fit and that we select the right tier for where you are clinically.
Select Your Tier
Choose Maintenance, Recovery, or Elite based on treatment frequency and health objectives. Month-to-month after the initial 6-month period. HSA and FSA cards accepted at checkout.
Schedule Your First Session
Members receive priority access to the schedule. Sessions are structured around your modality plan — each visit is deliberate, not a routine check-in. Expect 30–45 minutes per session.
Track, Adjust, Progress
Clinical notes are maintained at every visit. As your tissue responds, the protocol evolves. This is not a static program — it's a living treatment plan updated continuously by the same doctor, every session.
Commitment
6-month minimum. After that, membership continues month-to-month and may be paused or cancelled with 30 days written notice.
Capacity
Limited to 60 active members. When capacity is reached, a waitlist is opened. Membership is not transferable.
Payment
Cash-pay only. HSA and FSA cards accepted. Insurance is not billed for membership services. Autopay on the 1st of each month.
Scope
Membership covers Laser, EMTT, and TECAR only. Chiropractic adjustments remain a separately billed service.
