Add Storz Medical Focused Shockwave to any membership visit for deep, targeted acoustic wave therapy. Standalone price is $200 per session — members save $125 each time they add it.

Storz Medical acoustic wave therapy. Broad tissue stimulation for chronic pain, tendinopathy, and inflammation.

Extracorporeal Magnetotransduction — deep electromagnetic pulses for cellular regeneration and bone healing.
Class IV Laser
The most powerful therapeutic laser available. Deep tissue healing, inflammation reduction, and sports rehab.

Membership Terms
- 6-month minimum commitment required — auto-renews month-to-month after the initial period
- 30-day written cancellation notice required after the 6-month period has been completed
- Sessions do not roll over — unused sessions expire at the end of each calendar month
- Membership is non-transferable and available to individual patients only
- Cash-pay only — HSA and FSA cards are accepted at time of service
- Chiropractic adjustments are billed separately through your insurance (BCBS PPO) as normal
- Focused Shockwave add-on is $75 per visit, billed at time of service — not included in base plan
- Additional sessions beyond your monthly allotment are billed at standard rates ($115 for Laser/EMTT/TECAR, $200 for Shockwave)
- Dr. Petzel determines the appropriate therapy modality per clinical assessment at each visit
- Membership enrollment is capped at 60 patients total — a waitlist will be maintained when capacity is reached
